Half-Day Community Mini-Retreat for Spring!

*Open to community members and hotel guests
REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Treat yourself to a mini-retreat that invites time to slow down, and take in the budding energy of Spring. Throughout this guided process, you'll explore pathways to ease, wellbeing, deeper listening, and self-care.
A fluid mix of mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, body sensing, journaling, and conversation.
Please bring a water bottle and your favorite mat or blanket. Chairs and extra mats are provided by the Inn.
*No experience is needed to attend and all adults (18+ yrs) are welcome.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS AVAILABLE TO BOTH RED LION INN GUESTS AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. You do not need to be a hotel guest to join us!

Mindfulness Meditation at Naumkeag gardens (weekly)
Each Friday (June 24th - Sept 2nd), join Meditation in Nature guide, Sandrine Harris, for this grounding experience in the Naumkeag gardens. Connect your practice with the rest of the natural world, through walking, sitting, and laying in meditative pathways.
Please bring your own mat, blanket or chair and wear comfortable clothing for walking and sitting.
*Please arrive a few minutes early in order to park and walk to the gardens. The gates will close at 4pm.
