Trainings in somatics, mindfulness, meditation, and the neurobiology and healing of trauma
Sandrine offers interdisciplinary education within universities, institutes, and clinical settings. She has offered modules within several Yoga Teacher Trainings, Dance & Dance Therapy Training Programs, Meditation Trainings, Medical & Mental Healthcare Staff Support and Continuing Education, and more.
MARROW is Sandrine’s current signature program, weaving together somatics, embodiment and meditation into an experience of aliveness and compassionate connection.
In the recent past, Sandrine co-authored and co-facilitated an annual 200-hour mindfulness facilitator training (MFC) for individuals interested in facilitating through a trauma-sensitive and embodied perspective, with a social justice orientation. This program concluded in Nov. 2022.

MFC is a 200-hour, 9-month annual certification program training individuals to facilitate embodied and social justice-oriented mindfulness within communities internationally.
Sandrine co-authored and co-facilitated this sold out training annually, which concluded in Nov. 2022.
