Join Sandrine for a 6-day retreat in somatics, embodiment and meditation through the MARROW process. Forged over decades of learning and discovery, MARROW is a path to unearthing your aliveness, unlearning, emergence, and connection.

Throughout this time together, you’ll be invited into a range of approaches to self-learning and expansion, including: somatics and guided movement, sharing and listening, embodied mark-making on large (body-sized) sheets of paper, outdoor forest bathing walks, meditation, personal writing time and r-e-s-t.
