A meditative, playful, and energizing exploration of movement through the Feldenkrais Method® and sensory experience. Somatics is a field of body sensing, growing awareness (psyche-heart-mind) and working with patterns, and inhabiting the present moment. This class offers ground in moving from the inside out, and a pathway of expansiveness available to all.

No prior experience is needed to join us, and all adults (20+yrs) are welcome.

REMINDER: Please bring your own (yoga) mat.
