Celebrate the turn of the season with the Autumnal Equinox, on a guided forest bathing journey with mindfulness-in-nature facilitator, Sandrine Harris. During this walk, you’re invited to pause and reflect on this shift in seasonality, welcoming the energy of Fall. No experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed to join, and sturdy shoes for flat outdoor walking are recommended.

All adults (18+ are welcome). Please arrive at the main parking area at 10:45am, and Sandrine will greet you there.
